Session Description:
This webinar will examine how the shift in Presidential power is affecting environmental and toxic tort attorneys and their clients. The webinar will provide analysis of the new administrations view on environmental law and policy on key areas, including climate change, emission sources, chemical regulation, and water protection, and provide attorneys and their clients guidance on actions they should take now, in anticipation of future law and policy changes.
