Distracted driving is the largest contributing factor to motor vehicle accidents and can significantly impact the value of a case. If you’re a motor carrier, driver, or represent motor carriers and drivers, this webinar is for you. Clarence C. Easterday is the Executive Advisor for Western Express, Inc., a Nashville, Tennessee based transportation company. Clarence started his transportation career with Schneider National Carriers in 1984 and joined Western Express in 2002. His responsibilities at Western Express included supervision of safety programs, insurance program design and purchasing, claims, some human resource functions, and working with defense counsel to develop case strategy.
Dr. Nancy Grugle is a Board Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) with over 20 years of academic, research and industry experience in human factors engineering.
